This appears to be a Naval Base from the
satellite photo.
The Airliner Photos below indicate that they were taken at Dangjin,
South Korea. However, after looking at the one outside photo of
the aircraft and the building behind it, and then looking at the
satellite photo we believe this is actually along the waterfront in Weon-Dong.
